Email us at support@pflegeling.com. We answer in English, and we read German, Bengali, Hindi and Filipino too. Tell us your device, your app version (Settings → About) and what you were doing when it went wrong.

Common questions

I paid but the app still shows the paywall. Open Settings → Restore purchases. Subscriptions follow your Apple ID, so signing in with a different one hides them.

My audio will not play. Chapter audio downloads on first use. On a weak connection, open the chapter once on Wi-Fi and it is cached from then on.

I want my data deleted. Settings → Delete account removes everything we hold. There is nothing to ask us for and nothing left behind.
